Cedric Delsaux has created these images of Star Wars characters on Earth. I don’t know if he has used a 3D modeling program, or people in costumes to create these.

Tennis on the Burj

The Burj is the worlds only 7 Star Hotel. I guess it earned one of its stars by having the worlds highest tennis court on its roof! Watch Andre Agassi and Roger Federer play a friendly game on the roof of the Burj. What if you tripped and fell? You’d certainly see stars then. There is a safety net on the sides though.

slide0005_image007

^^^ Andre blindly running towards the edge.

slide0006_image009

^^^ Now seriously, what if you aren’t able to stop? He’s almost diving for it. What if you trip and fall on the net and then bounce off it like it was a trampoline?

slide0007_image019-1

slide0008_image003

^^^ Awesome view!

slide0010_image013

^^^ I wonder where that ball landed. It probably ended up on the beach or into the ocean. Nice job polluting the ocean with tennis balls, Andre. Next some whale is going to get a tennis ball stuck in it’s blow hole.

slide0014_image025

slide0012_image017

^^^ It’s almost tempting to use those nets as a trampoline

slide0011_image015

^^^ I’m really curious about where those tennis balls would land and if the hotel has hired divers to go retrieve them.

slide0002_image002

^^^ Finally, the Burj hotel in Dubai. Someone told me that there is a large fee just to get in and long around. grr. Rich people stink.

At Bayview, shadows of common objects such as apples and ladders silk screened to the linoleum and walls framed by patches of coloured tile gives it a kind of surreal look called trompe l’oeil. Panya Clark Espinal is the artist who designed the art in the Bayview Station.[10][11]
