Being that tall puts an extremely large amount of stress on your spine, knees,and heart. Moving around when your that big can be very very exhausting. The best thing I think Leonid should do to avoid these problems is to excercise frequently, and work out to help strengthen his circulatory system and help his muscles get used to moving his weight.
